How much do you charge per training session?

Each training session is at least 60 minutes long and my rate is $30 per session at my gym and $60 per session at your gym.

Do I need to have my own gym membership to train with you?

You do not need to have a gym membership. You can train with me at my gym.

Do you train people in their home or at their gym?

Yes, I am more than happy to come train with you in your home (if you have the necessary gym equipment) or at a local commercial gym where you already have a membership. See my "At-Home Plan" on the Book Now Page.

Can you help me with my nutrition?

Yes, I do give nutrition advice to my clients regularly and I will even go grocery shopping with you. However, I am not a doctor or a certified nutritionist. My nutrition advice is solely based on my personal experience as a bodybuilder.

What are your preferred methods of payment?

I accept cash, venmo, cashapp, paypal, and online payments on this website. All payments must be processed before each training session.

When are you available for training sessions?

I am available 24/7 (Monday through Saturday) and from 3 pm to 11:30 pm on Sundays.

Do you train beginners? Men and Women? Pregnant women? Senior Citizens?

Ye, I train everybody regardless of gender, age, or fitness history.

How far are you able to travel to train with someone in their home or gym?

I am able to travel and train with you if you live within a 25 miles radius of the District of Columbia for a rate of $60/hr. 

Can you train me and my spouse/child/friend together?

Ye, I can train 2 people or up to 20 people at the same time for $30/hr per person at my gym, or $60/hr per person at your gym.
